Update 1.29: Big Gear Changes and New Dungeon!

Update 1.29:

-Offhand gear now shares the Light/Medium/Heavy types with armor. The Equip Light/Medium/Heavy Gear Abilities now work for both armor and offhand, and the Equip Gloves/Armguards/Shields Abilities have been removed.

-Several pieces of Offhand equipment have been overhauled, particularly the ones that provide status effect resistance.

-A new dungeon, "Leafsong Forest", is now accessible to the east past Howling Mountains.

-A bug that made certain wisp enemies display incorrectly has been fixed.
