Update 1.24: New Dungeon/Town/Fixes!

Update 1.24:

-A new Dungeon, "Howling Mountains", is now accessible in the northern continent.

-A new town is now accessible, after crossing the Howling Mountains.

-Gem items now have actual crafting recipes.

-Shop inventories for many towns were updated.

-A bug that froze the game when the challenge input timer reached 0 while viewing enemy status has been fixed.
