Update 1.10.0: Status Effects and Faster Gameplay!

Update 1.10.0: 

-Accessories that offer status effect resistance now protect against 2 conditions. Later updates will adapt other gear pieces to reflect this.

-Battle effects now take place while animations play instead of later, making battle a lot faster.
